3. The "penthouse" area (so called because there is a small step up from the rest of the main level. The view out the front is magnificent, but the little benches and the small table between them were impossible to use for anyone of even average height. The table is very low to begin with (unusably so), but, incredibly, it also lowered on an electric mechanism, for reasons I can not fathom. (It did not lower enough to bridge the gap between the benches for use, say, as an extra sleeping area.)
